Swung by Taco Bell for some fifth meal last night.  Didn’t order all that much.  They asked if I wanted some sauce, I said ’sure, some fire sauce’.  Now I know it’s an ongoing goof that Taco Bell always gives you a lot of those sauce packets, but when I looked in the bag, even I was amazed at the mountain of sauces she’d dumped in there.  29 packets.  For 6 items.  That is 4.833333333 packets per item.

I used two packets.

Today I’m feeling amazingly cheery.

Whereas on most days I’m depressed about my dead-end job, the fact the I live with a grandparent-in-law, and the rat droppings I noticed in my coffee cup when I got to the bottom, today I feel good.

My wife puts up with me, I have a sweet house from the 70s, and Christmas is around the corner.

Let’s see if I can hang onto this feeling for at least a few hours…

You know how sometimes you wake up all freaked out that you’re running late, only to realize that it’s Saturday.  Well, the opposite of that happened to me today.  Not good.

I just realized that the Guitar Hero people came out with a new GH game like RockBand.  Meaning it supports a microphone, drumset, and two guitars.  Being nearly 30 and having an Xbox 360 and roughly $200 burning a hole in my pocket, I think I need to get this game and start a band.

I checked out the song list and got even more pumped, there are some mega-jams on there including Survivor, Ozzy, CCR, and THE FUCKING GUESS WHO.

The questions become, a) what is the name of my band, and b) who is going to fill the roles of ‘rocker’.
